Improve the ratings of your store:
GOOD SECURITY: To end up with efficient security levels within your store, to minimize robbing, you need cameras, one or more guards, and/or metal detectors. There is a button in your build menu that allows you to view how secure your store is. You can have wall arounds the metal detectors, so it prevents thief’s from going around the metal detectors. You can even add walls through doors.
GOOD CLEANLINESS: To have a clean store, you want to have trash cans located throughout your store, you also want a garbage bin outside of the store, so your janitors have a place to dispose the garbage. There is a litter meter, that you can view when in the building menu of your store. If you have it enabled while placing a trash can, you will see the green range of its effectiveness. Trash cans and trash bins, both remove decoration value in their surroundings, so make sure to add decorations to counteract.
GOOD CROWDEDNESS: To make your tycoon less crowded, simply make more room for customers to get around.
GOOD DECOARTION: This one is self-explanatory; you can view the effectiveness of decorations. Make sure to surround negative decorations point objects with decorations of high value (putting fountains around trash bins)
GOOD SHELTER: To have shelter, you basically want walls that are complete around your store, same with the ceiling. Having no floor can subtract from this as well, so it’s good just to expand from what you have when starting out, rather than selling walls and floor and ceiling for better or more products to sell.
How to get Early Access to Events?
There is a discord, located in the social links under the game (you may need to own roblox+ which is a google extension). Usually, on the discord, there is sneak peaks of updates and events.

As you can see from the image above, the game gets updated on thursday, but not all Thursdays. There’s even contests that get hosted on the discord server. If you happen to be curious how often they actually update the game, there is an update log. Some updates are focused on bug fixes, while others can be very crucial.
