Shindo Life, originally released as Shinobi Life 2, is a Naruto-inspired open-world RPG by RELL World where you spin for bloodlines and elements, level a shinobi across several villages, and test your build in co-op and PvP modes. Little of that is explained in game, so this guide covers how spins, modes and progression really work and what to do first. For free spins and RELLcoins before you roll, see our Shindo Life codes page.

How Shindo Life works

Shindo Life is built around the build you roll. From the main menu's Edit screen you spend spins to obtain bloodlines and elements, and those choices decide most of your moves. Bloodlines and elements each have their own level alongside your character level, raised by using them, completing missions and hitting training logs. Higher levels unlock further bloodline moves, usually bought with Ryo, and stat points can be spent on Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Chi and Health to favour jutsu, melee or survivability.

The open world is the RPG mode, spread across villages such as Ember, Obelisk, Nimbus, Haze and Dunes, plus areas like the Training Fields and Forest of Embers. Scrolls for sub-abilities, tools, tailed spirits and companions spawn at set places and times, and boss missions offer large rewards and exclusive drops. Three currencies tie it together: spins roll bloodlines and elements, Ryo pays for moves and tools, and RELLcoins, earned mainly from codes and competitive modes, buy items in the RELLcoin Shop.

Getting started — spins, Ember and your first build

Step 1

Redeem codes first and join the RELL World and RELL GAMES Roblox groups. Codes are the biggest early source of spins and RELLcoins, and group membership is widely reported to give a lasting experience boost.

Step 2

Open Edit and spin for bloodlines and elements. You start with two bloodline slots, with two more available to buy, so keep the first useful result rather than chasing the rarest name on day one.

Step 3

Spawn in Ember Village, the main hub, and hit training logs until around level 50 — safe and most efficient at low levels. Put early points into Taijutsu so each hit counts for more.

Step 4

Switch to green scroll missions from NPCs in Ember. Learn to block, dodge and manage Chi, unlock bloodline moves with Ryo as you meet their requirements, and save Ryo rather than spending it on cosmetics.

Step 5

Hunt a first sub-ability scroll and try a companion, which only gains experience when summoned as a mission completes, so bring it out near the end of fights. Save your moveset so your kit is stored together.

Levelling fast — to 1000 and ranking up

The fastest route changes with your level. Training logs carry you to about level 50, after which green scroll missions in Ember Village take over — Ember keeps quest targets close, and warping back keeps the loop tight. Boss missions pay the most experience once you can survive them. From around level 400, War mode opens, a co-operative wave mode where a team defends a central point through waves ending in a boss. Higher still, boss farming is quickest, first in the Forest of Embers and, after about level 800, in Shindai Valley.

Your level caps at 1000, and that is not the end. At 1000 you can rank up from My Home or a village Kage office: level and stats reset, but you keep every bloodline, element, tool and ability, and each rank gives extra points and higher ceilings, so the next climb is faster.

Bloodlines explained — types, rarity and modes

There are well over a hundred bloodlines, each rolled at its own rarity, so common results appear constantly while prized lines can take many spins. Bloodline level matters as much as rarity: moves unlock as it levels, and many bloodlines gain a mode at higher level — a transformation granting large stat boosts, faster movement and, for many lines, a teleport-style dash and an extra move. Modes drain your bar while active, so they reward short, committed bursts. Elements give a second moveset and can cover gaps in your bloodline, such as adding range to a melee-heavy line.

TypeWhat it offers
Eye bloodlinesBased on powerful eye abilities. Usually the rarest and most versatile type, with strong modes and a mix of damage, control and mobility — the most chased PvP lines.
Clan bloodlinesBased on a clan and its signature techniques. Well-rounded for PvE and PvP, with solid modes and reliable combos — dependable while you learn.
Elemental bloodlinesBuilt around an element such as fire, storm, sand or ice, with wide area attacks. Simpler and more common than eye lines, and often excellent for questing and boss farming.

Sub-abilities complete the kit: extra jutsu — martial arts, utility moves and additional modes — separate from bloodlines and elements. Some are bought with Ryo when you meet level and stat requirements, but many of the best are scrolls spawning at set places and times, or boss drops. Tailed spirits work similarly: defeat a village's spirit boss to earn its scroll and form.

6 tips to progress faster

1. Do not reroll a workable bloodline away. A levelled mid-tier bloodline with its mode unlocked will out-perform a fresh rare roll for a long time. Only reroll for a clear upgrade.

2. Match the grind to your level. Logs past early levels and boss farming on a fresh character are time-wasters. Follow the ladder — logs, Ember missions, then War and bosses.

3. Earn RELLcoins in the modes, not just from codes. Shindo Storm, Arena X, Conquest, Dungeon and Arena X Competitive all pay RELLcoins roughly in proportion to damage and placement. Arena X uses your own build, while Shindo Storm uses preset characters with four-move kits.

4. Time your mode, do not waste it. Modes are your biggest power spike, but the bar drains constantly. Activate one when already in range and ready to commit your strongest moves.

5. Learn scroll spawns and hunt smart. Valuable scrolls appear at fixed places and times and can usually be claimed by only one player. Arrive early; use a private server if possible.

6. Rank up as soon as you hit 1000. Sitting at the cap earns nothing, while each rank makes you permanently stronger. Keep your companion summoned for mission completions so it levels alongside you.

Shindo Life — FAQ

How do I get bloodlines in Shindo Life?

Bloodlines are rolled with spins in the Edit section of the main menu. You start with two bloodline slots, with two more available to buy. Spins come from codes, login and daily rewards, missions and modes, and rarer bloodlines simply need more spins on average — there is no guaranteed result from a set number of rolls.

What is the fastest way to level up to 1000 in Shindo Life?

Hit training logs to around level 50, then run green scroll missions in Ember Village, where quest targets are closest to the village. Add boss missions and War mode from around level 400 as you get stronger, and farm large bosses in Shindai Valley after about level 800. At level 1000, rank up and repeat the loop with higher stat ceilings.

What are RELLcoins used for and how do I earn them?

RELLcoins buy bloodlines, combat arts, accessories and coats from the RELLcoin Shop, and can also be spent on Shindo Storm characters and an alternative rank-up. You earn them from codes and from playing Shindo Storm, Arena X, Conquest, Dungeon and Arena X Competitive, with payouts linked to the damage you deal and how you place.

What happens when I rank up in Shindo Life?

Ranking up at level 1000 resets your character level and stats to the start, but you keep all of your bloodlines, elements, ninja tools and unlocked abilities. In return you gain extra stat points and higher maximum stats, so each new climb to 1000 is faster and your character ends up stronger than before.
