Pet Simulator 99 looks gentle, but every new player hits the same wall: breakables turn into damage sponges, eggs cost a fortune, and your cute starter team stops keeping up. This guide gives you the route that actually works — the right farming rhythm, rebirths taken on time, and enchants, potions and upgrades stacked in the right order — so you can push through all four worlds and land your first Huge pet without burning millions of diamonds. Before your first hatch, grab anything live on our Pet Simulator 99 codes page — early boosts are worth the most in hour one.

Pet Simulator 99 is BIG Games' pet-collecting grinder, built on one simple loop. You buy eggs and hatch pets; your pets swarm each zone's breakables — coin piles, chests, crates and safes — and smash them for coins and diamonds. Coins pay for the two things that matter: unlocking the next zone, and hatching the eggs where you stand. Each zone's eggs hatch stronger pets than the last, so stronger pets break tougher breakables, which pay more coins, which buy the next zone. Everything else exists to make that loop spin faster.
Two systems sit on top of the loop. Ranks hand you pairs of goals — break this many breakables, earn that many diamonds — and finishing them earns stars. Higher ranks add pet equip, egg hatch and enchant slots. Pets also come in upgraded flavours: duplicates fed into the Gold machine in the Mine (zone 10) become stronger Gold versions, which can be pushed further into Rainbow versions.
Redeem codes before you hatch anything. Rewards are limited and often arrive as boosts or items, so check our codes page and claim anything live first — free potions and luck matter most in hour one.
Hatch the newest egg you can afford, then equip your best team. Only equipped pets fight, so after every hatch session use equip-best and bank the leftovers.
Farm the newest zone you have unlocked, always. Its breakables take longer to crack but pay several times more than older zones. Lingering where things pop quickly is the classic beginner trap.
Spend your first diamonds on permanent upgrades. Early stations sell cheap Magnet and Walkspeed tiers, then Pet Damage and the Diamonds upgrade, which pays for everything after it. Upgrades never expire — early eggs do.
Push to zone 25 and rebirth the moment the shrine lets you. Rebirth 1 brings Auto Hatch and the Castle Key, opening the Castle in zone 3 — home to the Trading Plaza and Spinny Wheel — plus a diamond bundle.
Spawn World runs for 99 zones. At zone 99, Rainbow Road, a rocket waits — it only launches once you have taken Rebirth 4 at that zone's shrine. Beyond it sit Tech World (zones 100–199, paid in Tech Coins), then the Void World (Void Coins) and Fantasy World (Fantasy Coins). Each world restarts your coin wallet at zero but keeps your pets, upgrades and diamonds. Bring a strong team and a healthy diamond reserve.
Rebirth shrines appear roughly every 25 zones — at 25, 50, 75, 99 and on to 219 — and each adds a permanent +75% pet strength. Rebirthing no longer sends you back to zone 1 or takes your pets — you keep your zones and bank the boost and unlocks, including pet teams and enchant loadouts at Rebirth 3. Never sit on an available rebirth.
Enchants, potions and fruits multiply a farming session. Enchants are books in your loadout — Diamonds and Treasure Hunter for income, Strong Pets and Criticals for damage — and low tiers combine into stronger ones. Potions are timed boosts to coins, diamonds, damage or hatch luck; fruits are consumable buffs too. Pop them together before a long grind or big hatch session.
Four worlds means four local coin purses, plus one currency that follows you everywhere. Knowing which one to farm, and where each is spent, matters.
| Currency | What it does for you |
|---|---|
| Coins | Spawn World's money, from its breakables. Buys eggs and unlocks zones 2–99. Spend it down before moving on — it does not travel between worlds. |
| Tech Coins | Tech World's money (zones 100–199), The same pattern: eggs and zone unlocks inside Tech World only. |
| Void Coins | The Void World's local currency — farmed from Void breakables, spent on Void eggs and zones. |
| Fantasy Coins | Fantasy World's local currency, from Fantasy breakables. Buys that world's eggs and zone unlocks. |
| Diamonds | The universal currency, valid everywhere. Earned from diamond breakables, the daycare (zone 20), rank rewards, quests and trading; spent on upgrades, enchant and potion levels, extra hatches and Plaza pets. |
1. Farm the newest zone, not the fastest one. Tough breakables in a new zone pay more per minute than quick ones behind you. If a zone feels too hard, hatch its egg a few times.
2. Rebirth on sight. Every shrine is a permanent +75% pet strength plus unlocks, and rebirthing no longer costs you your zones. Waiting only weakens you.
3. Protect your best stat pet. Huge pets scale their strength from your strongest pet, so never sell, fuse or delete it. A weak best pet means weak Huges.
4. Buy upgrades before eggs. A tier of Pet Damage or Diamonds pays you back on every breakable forever. An egg pays once — usually with a pet you will replace within the hour.
5. Stack your boosts, then play. Pop a potion, eat your fruits and set your enchant loadout before a long session — the multipliers compound, and one boosted hour beats three plain ones.
6. Buy your first Huge; do not hatch it. Older Huges sell for reasonable prices at Plaza booths, and prices vary by server — shop around. Hatching a Huge is a lottery ticket; buying one is a plan.

You have three realistic routes: hatch one at very long odds from the best egg in your newest zone once you are a few rebirths in, win or earn one from live events and reward tracks, or save diamonds and buy an older Huge from a Trading Plaza booth. For most beginners the Plaza is the fastest and most predictable route.
Break diamond breakables in your newest zone, leave pets in the daycare in zone 20, finish rank goals and quests, and sell spare pets and items in the Trading Plaza. Diamonds work in every world, so treat them as savings: permanent upgrades first, luxuries later.
Not any more. In the current version you keep your zones, pets and diamonds when you rebirth — you simply collect a permanent +75% pet strength boost and that shrine's unlocks, such as the Castle Key at Rebirth 1 and enchant loadouts at Rebirth 3. Rebirth the moment each shrine becomes available.
For farming income, Diamonds and Treasure Hunter books; for pushing through tough breakables, Strong Pets and Criticals. Enchants sit in loadout slots that grow as you rank up, and low-tier books can be combined into higher tiers, so merge your spares instead of letting them gather dust.
